How many guests can the venue accommodate?
Our venue offers two distinct event levels to accommodate your guest count and style. Our Upper Hall allows for 110 guests with a separate bar area and fireplace/dancefloor while our lower hall allows for 75 guests.
How long do we get for set-up and breakdown?
We offer full day rentals to take the stress out of your day. Each renter gains access at 9AM and must be out of the hall by 10PM.
Is there a charge if we are not out of the hall by 10PM?
Yes, we charge $50 per 30min.
How much parking is available at the venue, and will guests need to pay for parking?
Each level has their independent parking lots allowing for off street parking.
Are you handicapped accessible?
Yes, each level is independent of one another with handicapped accessible ramps and restrooms.
Do you have decorations to rent?
Yes, we have numerous options available to rent to add that special flair to your event. Items include linens, soft play, Balloon Displays, Table settings, party games. Check out the venue rental tab for additional options.
Does your location have wifi?
Yes, both levels have access to wifi.
Are table and chairs included in the rental fee?
Yes, each level has an outlined number of table and chairs that are included in the daily rental price. We offer 60inch round tables as well as 6ft and 8ft banquet tables.
Do you have a kitchen?
Yes, our kitchens have a full-size refrigerator and freezer, sink, stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, and counter space for food preparation. There is an additional deep freezer in our bar area on the upper level. You will need to bring your own cooking utensils ect.
Do you provide garbage bags and supplies for restrooms?
Yes, restrooms are fully stocked for each event. We also provide (4) 55 gal garbage bags for each event. There are onsite dumpsters.
Do you provide in-house catering? Or, do you have a list of preferred caterers?
Moments Event Hall accommodates any outside food and drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) that you wish to bring to your event. If you would like any recommendations, we will provide you a list of our favorite vendors!
Can we bring in our own alcohol?
Yes, you are able to bring in your own alcohol. If a bartender is needed, you must use Moments RAMP certified bartenders for an additional cost.
Are we able to have helium balloons or provide our own decorations?
Absolutely no helium balloons are allowed at our location. You are able to provide your own decorations however they must be free standing. No attaching any decor to the walls.
Are there TV's on each level?
Yes, both levels have TV with streaming capabilities/fire TV. You must have your own individual log ins to access subscriptions.
